House Hunter MagazineA four-color Direct Mailer targeting quality prospects will be an innovative tool to market your business and it is designed to aid you in every aspect of your marketing campaign. Every real estate agent will have the opportunity to highlight their homes and list their best features. We would like to maximize your return and broaden the market appeal of your listing.

The circulation for the House Hunter direct mailer will be over 10,000 and will initially have 16 pages and grow as we add new participants.

The mailer will be available to non-participants of REAP at a specific cost that has yet to be determined. If you are active member of REAP, there is absolutely NO cost to you.


TV PROGRAM

Maximize your Exposure! REAP is planning for future growth with a locally broadcasted Real Estate talk show. This programming will allow for Realtors to inform viewers about all of the services they have available. Realtors will also be able to market their listed properties and take call-ins from the programs viewers.
